Compliments and concerns

We welcome feedback about our service. If you have a concern or complaint, please tell us as soon as possible so we can review it promptly and fairly.

You can make a complaint verbally or in writing by contacting Avanta Finance on +61 476 226 559, emailing info@avantafinance.com, or writing to 12 Chimay Street, Clyde North VIC 3978. Please include your contact details, what happened, what outcome you are seeking, and any documents that may help us review the matter.

How we handle complaints

We will try to resolve your complaint as soon as possible. If we cannot resolve it immediately, we will acknowledge it, investigate it fairly, keep you updated where needed, and provide an outcome. If the complaint relates to a lender or another third-party product or service, we may ask you to contact that third party or help direct the complaint to the correct process.

If your complaint is not resolved with us, you can contact Purple Circle's Complaints Officer by email at compliance@purplecfs.com.au, by phone on 1300 366 406, or by mail to Complaints Officer, Purple Circle Financial Services, 14A Porter Street, Beaconsfield WA 6162.

External dispute resolution

If your complaint remains unresolved, or you have not received a response within the required timeframe, you may contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. AFCA is a free and independent external dispute resolution scheme. Contact AFCA online at https://www.afca.org.au, by email at info@afca.org.au, by phone on 1800 931 678, or by mail to GPO Box 3, Melbourne VIC 3001. Time limits may apply.
